This template design was provided by an agency. My task was to update the graphics and edit the text, and find a way to host the graphics so the email could be seen by internal and external recipients.
I did a little research, and ended up hosting the graphics on a Sharepoint site, so the e-mail was easy to update, and was viewable by everyone it was sent to.
